Na Pei Tai The Hongkong Police have been after Ng Pei Tai since April, 1912. Both in Hongkong and Canton he has been regarded as one of the chief leaders of the gangs of robbers that have been looting in the Tung Kun District during the last 12 months. His headquarters are in Lacao where he has a share in a Fan Tan Shop and manages its finances.

One of the prisoners in Hongkong Gaol who was of the party that looted the pawnshops at Yau To Market stated that the robbers were Ng Pei Tai's men and that he was the leader. The Hongkong Police have information that this man is the leader of the robbers in the Tung Kun District. He and Luk lui assisted in organising the Fu Ching Tung kang Yui. In 1912 a warrant was issued for his arrest but he absconded. On 10th. July, 1912, at the head of a gang of 200 robbers he attacked the Fook Ching Pawn- -shop at Cheng Tong Hui. They made a clean sweep of the place. On 17th. July, 1912, he and his band committed robberies at To Kau village. The gang is supplied with automatic pistols and bomba. Luk Mui. Headquarters in Macao where he was recently captured but let out on bail. Together with Ng Pei Tai was one of the principal organisers of the Fu Ching Tung Mang Tui, or 2nd. Revolution. This was proved by seizure of papers and books of the Society in Hong- -kong in April, 1912. He was banished on 9th. February, 1908. He is an organiser of robber gangs.
